Boss Hawg began in 2005 in the DFW area. We currently cook for competitive sanctioned events, family, friends and private parties. Our menu consists of all your favorite items. Our award winning meats are slow smoked over pecan wood for that traditional Texas smokehouse flavor. Our mobile cooker allows for onsite serving, creating the ambiance of a good-time tailgate/cookout. 2018 will be an exciting year for us as we prepare to open a store front in Sapulpa, OK.
