With over 15 years of experience as a successful catering and competition team, our Pit Master Joel Carson is thrilled to share his smoked bbq with Oklahoma. Our award-winning meats are slow-smoked over pecan wood for that traditional Texas smokehouse flavor. True to our heritage, we cook in the Central Texas-style. We use minimal seasonings and let the flavor of the meat be our focus.
We have worked to package our bbq in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
